As our Finance & Student Services Officer, you will:


Student Financial Management

  • Manage student accounts, tuition payments, and payment plans

  • Monitor outstanding balances and financial holds

  • Prepare invoices, receipts, statements, and financial clearances

  • Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books

Revenue Protection

  • Follow up on overdue tuition and payment commitments

  • Work with students and parents to establish payment arrangements

  • Help improve tuition collection while maintaining positive relationships

Student Services

  • Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms

  • Assist with registration, programme information, payments, and administrative requests

  • Coordinate appointments and provide exceptional customer service

Registrar & Records

  • Maintain confidential student records

  • Process transcripts, enrolment letters, graduation clearances, and verification requests

  • Ensure institutional records remain accurate and up to date

Admissions Support

  • Process applications and supporting documents

  • Coordinate applicant onboarding and enrolment

  • Help prospective students navigate the admissions process

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly financial reports and debt analysis

  • Support the Dean with student communications and administrative follow-up

  • Develop automated workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual work

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Education Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years' relevant experience in financial administration, accounts receivable, customer service, student services, or records management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing financial accounts, invoices, receipts, payment processing, and outstanding balances.

  • Experience preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate, confidential records.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting software is an asset.

  • Experience using online payment systems and student learning management systems is an asset.

  • Knowledge of automated administrative workflows and digital processes is an asset.

  • Experience working in a school, college, training institution, or other service-oriented environment is highly desirable.
