Pre-Graduation

Everything a graduant needs to complete before the graduation

CHECKLIST

  • Settle all fees and school Balances​

    • Graduation Fee payment deadline June 26th 2026​

  • ​Complete Graduation Ceremony RSVP form by deadline June 26th 2026 (Click Here)

  • Graduants should submit Professional/ Decent photo  of themselves to be displayed on screen. Submit images to academixsolmedia@gmail.com

    • Please ensure that your photo is a jpg or png file which meets the following guidelines:

      • Neutral or plain background

      • Good lighting

      • Head and shoulders framing

      • No filters or heavy editing

  • Graduants will receive two (2) tickets for inviting guest.

    • Tickets must be presented to be granted access to the event and as well as refreshments​​​​​​​​

Cap and Gown & Dressing Information

  • Collect Graduation Package (Cap, gown, invitations) from June 22nd to June 26th from 8:00am to 4:00pm

  • Ensure that Graduation attire is dry cleaned, pressed and properly fitting.

  • Students are not allowed to modify the gowns.

  • Students should wear appropriate formal wear under gowns.
